Hand
We need a lot of cool Hands to help us create the greatest party of the year. As Hand for the Annual Party, you help build and decorate the Annual party from the bottom up. Therefore, we need students, whom want to use their creativity to create and decorate as well as build stages, interactive installments and much more. So if you want to help create the grandest party at RUC, while meeting a lot of new exciting students from the entire campus, then you're the one we seek!
We acknowledge your effort by providing you with beer tickets as well as the possibility of an invitation for the famous 'sjatfest', if you put in enough hours of help. The more you help, the grander the pros! You will have the opportunity to join the other Hands as well as the Kamarilla for lunch and dinner, for the days you help.

Photographer
Do you have experience with photography, have a good camera and would you like to spend a couple of hours taking cool pictures at Årsfesten? If that’s the case, we will sponsor some beer-tickets and the opportunity to bring three friends with you to Årsfesten – perfectly free of charge.
The work will primarily be a couple of hours during the evening at one or more of the following locations:

Sponsor wall: Your focus will be on the sponsor wall at the entrance. This is the post that will ultimately get the most attention through Facebook after the end of The Annual Party.

Mood pictures around Campus: Your focus will be on taking mood pictures of the audience and the events around campus.

Concert: Your focus will be on the concerts, the artist and the audience in the two concert tents and the canteen.

Basis: Your focus is the basis parties as well as mood pictures.

Bartender
As a bartender you get to have loads of fun experiences in return for your work effort!

Prior to Årsfesten you will be invited to a bartender day, with both briefing and social activities

We provide you with snacks and food and you will have free-bar during your shift

You will get the ideal possibility to expand your social network on RUC

If friends are signing up together, you can be placed on the same bar team.

If you have one of the long bar shifts, you will receive an invite for the extraordinary ‘sjatfest’ as a thank-you for your work effort. Here you can party and drink for free with all the other volunteers, whom has put in a massive effort as well. However, this requires that you stay to clean up after your bar shift.

We expect that you take your voluntary work seriously and help with the clean up. In return, we guarantee that you will have a night full of fun and educating experiences

On the bartender day, every bartender is provided information on when to meet on the night of The Annual Party. Bartenders finish approximately 2-3 hours after the bar closes, when the clean up is done (the bars close no later than 2 am).
You will still have the opportunity to see some music acts during the night. You are allowed to plan internally on your barteam, to accommodate your wish to witness that special music act you really want to hear.

Stagehand
Are you interested in sound equipment, and do you like working with big projects?
Then maybe you are the person we are looking for. The Annual Party is looking for 4 Stagehands to assist with changeovers between the concerts at our two main stages. As stagehand, it is important that you are available via phone during the entire evening, be ready for swift changes (e.g. in case of changes in the program), and prepared for physical labour. You are required to be sober as a stagehand.
As a stagehand, you will be treated with a meal during the evening, the best concert spots at Årsfesten as well as access to the legendary ‘Sjatfest’ two weeks after Årsfesten, which is a party arranged exclusively for all the nice people who helps create Årsfesten.

Vi søger friske mænd og kvinder til at løse forskellige opgaver i tidsrummet 17.00 – 02.00. De præcise tider er afhængigt af opgaven. Opgaverne går ud på at du enten: står vagt forskellige steder på RUC og holder opsyn; står i garderobe; kontrollere billetter i indgangen eller sørger for at de andre får tid til pause – alt imens du fungerer som levende infosøjle for de øvrige gæster. Forskellige andre opgaver kan opstå i løbet af aftenen. Vi forventer selvfølgelig, at du er ædru og har lyst til at gøre Årsfesten til en sikker og sjov aften for dine medstuderende, og derfor er denne opgave også lønnet.
Vi søger personer som har overblik, kan tage initiativ og som er interesseret i at sikre omkring 5000 gæster en formidabel og sikker aften. Som orangevagt vil altid være med en makker. Du har derfor mulighed for at ønske hvem du gerne vil være på vagt med. Vi kan desværre ikke garantere, at dit ønske bliver opfyldt, da vi selvfølgelig er nødt til at prioritere fordelingen af erfaring og evner, men vi vil gøre hvad vi kan. Så vidt muligt ser vi gerne at der er en mand og en kvinde på hvert hold.
Slutteligt er det et krav at du skal kunne forstå og tale dansk. Der vil blive afholdt infomøder som er kvalificerende for jobbet som orangevagt. Mødet vil bestå af en grundig rundvisning af området og gennemgang opgaverne, kurser som vil klæde dig på til arbejdet som orangevagt, samt lidt hygge så vi kan lære hinanden at kende (præcis møde tid kommer senere.). Dette møde er obligatorisk for at du kan arbejde som orangevagt.
