If you're a student at RUC

• The party is free for students at RUC, and this year you just have to bring and show your student ID card! No need for a ticket, however only currently active ID's are accepted.

• This means it's possible to leave the party and come back, but you will ofc have to wait in line and will be checked every time.

Guest tickets

• RUC students still have to purchase guest tickets for their friends. RUC students will receive a link specifically for this in the RUC-mail a few weeks before Årsfesten the 19th. 

• Guest tickets in 2025 cost: 185 DKK

• OBS: you DO NOT need to arrive with your friends this year

 

Former RUC students and Absalon students

• If you just finished your education at RUC you can still join Årsfesten by joining RUC Alumne. Find more information here

• If you're studying at Absalon you'll get a link from your institution to buy a ticket in august

• OR ask your best-RUC-friend to buy a ticket for you
